Don't really know what to say here except classes buffed+bosses nerfed=Game Over.I'm just sorry that we wasted so much time on things and people that didn't deserve it making us lose a pre-nerf Kil'Jaeden first kill.Nevertheless it was a big, humble and honorable effort to have reached here.Congratulations everyone!
Really big thanks to everyone that sticked until the end making this guild evolve from below zero to where it is now.I hope we keep up the good job and have an even smoother experience in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion pack.
Next goal: Arthas

MU'RU FINALLY DOWNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!11
It has been a WIPEFEST!Mu'ru was getting on everyone's nerves since it was hard to do tries without people going offline or even getting the right setup for the fight but we finally did it!Kroketa finally didn't go offline which was giving everyone a bit of hope kek .Its also worth mentioning that for the first time in Symbol we did quite a few recruitments and very nice ones from a guild that disbanded,Survivors. We were always whining and bitching because we couldn't get any people from the various guilds that disbanded over the time since we made Symbol, very unfair yes yes but at least our time has come.GRATZ EVERYONE
I want to thank for everyone's effort!Kil'Jaeden awaits!

Lack of resto Shamans slowed us a lot but the ironic part was when we took one healer out and added an extra dps, they went down at first try. -Dapach
After a LOT of time wasted gearing up shamans and then old shamans quitting the game etc etc leaving us completely stuck we finally managed it.For the very few times we had setup to actually go and try Eredar Twins I think we are all happy with the outcome.
Sadly we had to do everything AGAIN the hardest way this means if we lack a class we have to recruit people to equip from scratch and this takes time, specially since a lot of people quit playing during summer time.Time and patience from the core players.I'm glad we didn't give up where others failed, specially since we've been through this situation many times and always prevailed.
What I'm saying is obvious, considering the circumstances we are in and always have been(always being the guild of 3rd or 4th choice due to our progress or simply our late raiding schedule),our chances to attract the best geared players in order to avoid losing time equiping "new" talents are very thin and almost never happens.Nothing comes for free here and we know this since Karazhan days or even since our very arrival at Grim Batol server after migrating from Burning Blade.Everything in this game is easy with the right people.
Thanks for everyone's effort and let's keep up the progress.Good job Symbol -Kinado

6 Warglaives and counting!
Even though we haven't been trying Eredar twins due to the lack of restoration shamans, our "quest" to gear up the new shammies has proven to be profitable

No doubt that the hardest part of this boss was having enough priests in the guild and online at the time of the raid for the mass dispells.Gladly we managed to recruit what we needed although it took some time. After a wipefest he finally went down, good job everyone!

After 2 nights of intensive wiping on this fat guy finally came to a worthy ending.Tries where he went to 5%...1%...or tries that lasted 2 seconds where as soon as he touches the tank he gets destroyed.Insane damage!
Here's the pic:

Sathrovarr the Corruptor finally went down freeing Kalecgos last night!Everyone thought we would get there the 1st night and take him down, even with zero PTR experience.WRONG!Sure we had good tries, both went down to 2% but the tactic felt like something was missing.Truth is with a 4 group tactic, the raid has to rely strictly on luck from the portal spawning timers.
After changing the tactic and very confident about the kill, the server decided to screw our raids a few times.Even in the night of the kill,Portuguese ISP's were having lag spikes all the time until we reached the boss.Considering the guild being mostly tuga,it was a bit problematic.
In a perfect executed attempt where luck could not be an issue,he went down pretty smoothly.Next to Magtheridon, this was the hardest boss we had to face!
Not because its hard...Clicking on stuff isn't simply our thing apparently.
